Project Admin

Responsibility :

Assist HOD in daily project administration work which includes project support works, checking, verification of documents to ensure smooth running in daily operation.

Work closely with project team on site daily report/progress.

Monitor and handle project insurance record.

Develop and maintain an effective control system of filing, recording, communication and correspondences.

Assist on project department Petty Cash Claim.

Assist perform all relevant procedures & practices as defined in the quality system are implemented in the project department.

To arrange & prepare for Monthly Meeting.

Carry out legal Non-compliances issue and proposing preventive and corrective measure on project department procedure.

Updating and maintaining document management systems and physical records.

To assist department to carry out data analysis of objectives achievement.

Responsible for prepare document as per ISO requirement.

To carry out any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.

Academic Qualification :

Degree / Diploma in Administrative or equivalent.

Skills & Experience :

Minimum 2 years’ experience in Admin or relevant fields.

Self-motivated and a team player.

Must be able to work under pressure.

Strong in documentation.

Experience in drafter.

Good communication & correspondence skills with Microsoft Office knowledge.

Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 is an added advantage.
